Hands
and Feet International Ministries has the mission of serving
other nations and language groups. Teams of short-term missionaries partner
with other churches and non-profit organizations to build schools and churches in
impoverished communities, conduct Bible classes, lead Kids Klubs, women's
ministries & men's ministries and participate in door-to-door visitation to
share the hope found only in Jesus Christ. These teams are made up of
individuals from multiple churches in Knoxville and the southeastern U.S.
Hands and Feet International also provided support to Iglesia Bautista La
Gran Comision (Morristown, TN) and Bridgewater Church (Knoxville, TN) in
starting Iglesia Christiana Vida Abundante (ICVA), a Spanish speaking church.
ICVA has now joined with Iglesia Bautista La Cruz in Lenoir City, TN.
Bible study and English classes are still offered in the Knoxville area. For more information on
any of these Spanish-speaking churches, Bible studies or English classes, visit

Mission Trips
Past international mission projects include
Maracaibo, Venezuela (2001 and 2003);
La Puerta, Venezuela (2003);
Andes Mountains, Venezuela (2003 and 2004).
In 2004, Hands & Feet Ministries and Bridgewater Church partnered with Jesu
Cristo es la Puerta Church in the Andes Mountains of Venezuela to build the
first church in Carrorita.
In 2003, along with several other U.S. churches and a local Venezuelan
church, Hands & Feet partnered to build a school in the community of Zona
Nueva (New Zone).
In 2002, we built the first school in the village of Paraguachon, Venezuela
- a community that lives from the Maracaibo city garbage dump. The school at
Paraguachon is now the centerpiece around which this community is being
transformed through the ministry of a local
Venezuelan church.
